If You Charge and Then Use Saradomin It Is Just Constant 30s.
If You Charge and Then Use Zamorak, It Is 30s and 30s.. . . Attempts to Stun but Doesn't.
If You Charge and Then Use Guthix, It Hits 30s and 30s and Doesn't Lower Stats.

Saradomin Is Not The Most Powerful, Zamorak is.
Zamorak Doesn't Stun, Guthix Does I Believe.
Guthix Doesn't Hit 8 and 9 Without Charges.

Zamorak May Be The Most Powerful, but Charged Only Hits Max of 30, Not Constant.
Guthix and Saradomin Stun or Lower Stats Atleast.
